What to Do on a Rainy Day?

I love it when it is pouring in the morning, everyone gets dressed up in their rain boots and two hours later, the sun comes out.  Yep, everyone is still in their boots looking like fools.  Well, it looks like we are in for a few days of boots (and no sun), so I’m trying to run all my errands and stock pile the goods so I don’t have to drive around in the crazy flash-flood mess. Study Goods for the Week

When I arrived back at school, I realized how little I had in my pantry or fridge in terms of provisions for the week.  I’ve made a goal with my mom to eat healthy (even better than normal) 🙂 for the next couple of weeks.  I know it is a process, and I am really good about healthy eating, until you put something sweet in front of me.  Then when you add the pressure of holidays, well, it’s an entirely new ball game. Dead Week Begins

Our school likes to call the week before finals, “dead week,” meaning minimal midterms or projects or information.  I’m not sure why this is because my roommate seems to be running around like the end of the world is coming near.  Well, it is, but in her case, all of her projects are due this week and so it pretty much could be the end of the world if she doesn’t finish 🙂 I have faith.
